This is my online place to organize and make my work on Mucap available for the collaboration members. See the running update below on what is most recent and timely, especially as teleconferences and such come along.
Recent work
First Analysis at NCSA: I have written a new MTA class which will be incorporated into the MTA analysis. I have started an elog on this matter which can be found in analysis-run9to11/30. Noted 04/04/2008.
There has been a great deal of data organization and work which I have done that is presented and organized in the TWiki. Additionally the Run11 data tapes have been archived to the MSS at NCSA. Noted February '08.
I have prepared a TF1 function for use in root which can be used in the simulations and prepratory work for the musun proposal. It is a .cxx file which can be loaded as ".L musinkinetics.cxx++" in root. Here is the file. To see the phi=.01 calculation at 30 K run Draw_for_phi() in root after the code is loaded and compiled. A preliminary series of studies for a Mucap measurement of the molecular formation rate has reached a stage for discussion and interaction. This is work done in the past months in preparation for the Fall 2007 run. The document and even the code itself will likely be updated as the work progresses and is refined. Posted 08/09/07.
